DELIVERY POLICY
For all units, you will be required to take your head measurements for us to work with. This can be done easily with a tape measure. For all custom units, you will be contacted via email after placing your order for accurate head measurements. Your unit will be constructed as soon as your measurements have been sent in and you will no longer be able to change your order.
Standard processing time for your units to be constructed after order has been placed is between 10 and 12 working days. We offer express service and this takes 5 working days. This service is not available for custom coloured units.
Standard Delivery (UK)
Standard Delivery is available within the UK and takes between 3 and 5 working days. This service is free within the UK. Deliveries can be tracked and you will receive a tracking order via email once your parcel has been dispatched. A signature may be required on receipt.
If you are however unavailable to take delivery of your parcel, the courier will leave a delivery card.
Express Delivery (UK)
Express Delivery is available from Monday to Saturday (excluding Bank Holidays). This service costs £ 8.50. Deliveries are tracked and you will receive a tracking order via email once your order has been dispatched. This service is guaranteed delivery service with delivery before 1pm. A signature will be required upon receipt. If you are however unavailable to take delivery of your parcel, the courier will leave a delivery card.
International Delivery (Standard)
This service is available to all clients in all parts of Africa. This service is free and takes 3 to 5 business days.
This service is available to clients in all parts of United States, Canada, Australia and other European countries (excluding the UK) This service is free and takes between 6 and 12 working days.
Deliveries are tracked and you will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been dispatched.
A signature may be required upon receipt. If you are unable to take delivery of your parcel, the courier will leave a delivery card.
International Delivery (Express)
This service is available to clients in Africa, UAE, United States, Canada and Australia and will be done via DHL or FEDEX. These couriers aims to deliver within 1 and 3 working days from when the parcel is dispatched.
Deliveries are tracked and you will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been dispatched.
These couriers deliver during normal business hours and will require a signature upon receipt.
International Express Delivery costs £30. If you are unable to take delivery of your parcel, the courier will leave a delivery card.
Undelivered Parcels
All orders can be tracked however if the estimated delivery time has passed and you still have not received your order please email us on tkhairandbeauty@yahoo.co.uk. We aim to meet the delivery times stated above however during busy periods (including sales) deliveries may take longer than usual.
Please note that we cannot be held responsible for any lost or stolen parcels as a result of delivery instructions provided to the courier.
Also, any custom charges on orders placed must be paid for by the recipients. We are not in any way responsible for these charges and do not have any control over these. Please note customs and import policies vary from one country to the other.
