For all products and services, refunds cannot be made due to the nature of our work. We are however happy to offer an exchange for all products (excluding wigs, ponytails and curly hair spray). All exchanges can be made with an equally priced product and we will have to be notified within 72 hours of receipt.
Please note that you will have to contact us on tkhairandbeauty@yahoo.co.uk and also provide proof of purchase.
Please also note that for an item to be exchanged, it has to be in its original packaging with all the seals still intact. Any items returned without the seal intact will be refused.
Customers will be responsible for the costs of shipping their products for exchanges, therefore we strongly advise sending parcels through a tracked courier service, since we will not be liable for any lost items.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. Please send an email to tkhairandbeauty@yahoo.co.uk.
For wig making class bookings, you will be required to make a deposit of £150 which is non refundable in an event of cancellation.
Please note that all sale items cannot be exchanged (this does not affect your statutory rights)
